But I'm curious. What's the forum's general consensus on Anakin's Padawan?

I don't hate her. Not crazy about the character, but I don't hate her. Then again, I also DO like Jar-Jar. Childish as it sounds, Jar-Jar's ridiculous antics in serious situations do make me laugh-out-loud. What can I say, I'm lighthearted. You'd probably never get that impression reading Shattered Republic, though.

Regardless.

She's alright. Would actually be somewhat bummed to see the character bite the dust- as Inevitable as it may seem. Hoping to see the character survive to make a few cameos, and maybe an appearance or two in the upcoming non-CGI TV series (Whenever the hell it comes out.)

I think Ashoka looks better stylized.


And I like Jar Jar too. He's funny.
But I dont like ashoka. She is irritating and a tad arrogant. But irritating most of all.

I don't think they should have bothered introducing an apprentice for Anakin at all. In the third movie Obi Wan makes a big deal of talking about how Anakin is still his padawan and stuff. How could he have an apprentice is pretty much one himself?

Well, Anakin was a knight, but Obi-Wan was still his master and. he WAS still teaching him stuff.

Yeah, after all, why not ? Obi-Wan, even while he was a Knight, he still got taught in Sorezu and other Jedi stuff from Yoda and Windu.
Even as a Jedi Master, Yoda taught him to facilitate communications between the material world and the spiritual world of the Force.




And Jeez, Ahsoka looks smokin' HOT. If she was here beside me, I would probably....mmmmm.... smother her with the power of the Dark Side and give hear a taste of my red light*cough*saber.

Even though the series is aimed at kids, I still enjoy the show quite a bit. Although I feel like its getting in the way of LucasFilm working on the live action series....

She DOES look hot, but her forehead looks kinda ugly. Still, sorry to disappoint you Venator, but aside from the fact that she is a fictional character, I think Anakin beat you to it.

But, seriously. I think she's got a thing for Anakin- really. Am I not the only one who noticed that in the three-parter where Anakin was wounded?

Of the Clone war series, I've only watched some episodes(besides the movie) cause they arent easily accesible here in greece. Only from the Internet and I have better things to do than watch the series.
Still, it is obvious that Ashoka has the hots for Anankin, and Anakins irritation is probably just that since he already had Padme. I mean, he was MARRIED. But, perhaps Ashoka got him drunk and shagged him, who knows.

You know, now that i think about it, a good shag would have helped Anakin with his stress in ROTS and he may have been calmer and thoughts things through, maybe even stayed Light.

Yeah, but Padme seems like a stingy B**ch regarding that. However, the one time they did it, she got all pregnant and shit. So, considering Luke... It's probably best that they didn't do it more, no matter how many lives it cost.

Snips: I-I, uh, I- uh!

Ani: I'm sorry... It can't be... *Turns around, looks out to space.*

Ani: It's... It's against The Jedi Code...

Snips: That's not why... *Furrowed brow.*

Ani: What?

Snips: I've seen the way you look at Padme... You've already disobeyed the code, Anikan...

Ani: *gets all pissy* Leave her out of this!

Snips: Force forbid you actually just come out and admit it already!

Obi: Yes, I have. She took a Shuttle back to Coruscant. She said that her training was complete, and that she had no reason to be a Padawan Anymore, Anikan. She says that you let her go.

Ani: ...I...I see... *Turns to walk away.*

Obi: Anikan... Sometimes, you need to let things go... Every Padawan leaves their master some day... Maybe you'll see her again...

Ani: Maybe...

Obi: But, as devastating as it is to lose a Padawan to some Masters, it is part of your training and path to becoming a Jedi Master... But that isn't important right now. We're going to the Corellia system soon. Be prepared, Anakin.

Ani: Yes master...

He's a Duros Bounty Hunter with some augmentations, and facies a brown Trenchcoat coupled with a large-brimmed hat. He's got a dual-pistol setup, and a bunch of other nifty tech at his disposal. I've only seen one episode with the guy, but he got his job done. He basically took the place of Jango Fett.

Im sorry but i got completely lost about the whole daddy thing. and the reason why there werent many black people in the original trilogy is because there werent as many prominant black actors like today and the Empire was a race superiority government so it was natural to have white people (wow that sounded racist) be the core of the empire.
