I've joined this game today and it's a pretty good one. You can try up for yourself and see if you like it.

When you make it to mission 10, join my federation (clan).

Wanna join?

If you want reality, take Cyber Nations

This seems to be a bit like this thing my friend was trying to sign me up for called EVE Online. But the problem was, I;m not going to spend money on an internet game because I'm likely to get overly addicted to make up for the money I've spent on it.

Do you have to pay for Unification Wars?

No, you don't have to. Unless you want to, of course!

I joined, but man this is one confusing game. How the heck does it work? (Btw, I've done whatever that walk through thing in the right hand column said.)

Yeah, I know. Well the whole game works in turns. turns are supplied to you every two or three seconds.

However, it's an addictig game. I'm sure you will like it as soon as you get the hang of it!

Wit the way my dad is reacting to the fruit wars, I don't really want to get addicted to Unification Wars as well...

We'll see how it turns out.

Oh my god, how is he reacting (are you acting like a maniac when you lose from Johnathon, or something like that?)
9th Nation
No, mainly because I don't lose from Johnathon.

Occasionally I forget to interact with the world, so he unplugs my computer. This won't result in a computer ban, I'm fairly sure.
